Apple Cinnamon Mini Donuts
Ingredients:
For the donuts:

4 tbsp salted butter melted

¾ cup light brown sugar

2 tbsp granulated sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

⅓ cup sour cream room temperature

1 egg room temperature

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

2 tbsp corn starch
-
1 ½ tsp baking powder
-
¾ tsp baking soda
-
1 tsp ground cinnamon
-
½ tsp apple pie spice
-
½ tsp salt

⅓ cup whole milk room temperature

1 apple, diced
For the topping:

cinnamon
-
Sugar
-
Nutmeg
-
Splash of ginger
Instructions:
For the donuts:

In a large bowl whisk together the melted butter, both granulated and light brown sugar, vanilla extract, sour cream and egg. Once combined, add in all of the dry ingredients. Whisk until just incorporated. Add in the milk and whisk until smooth. Mix in diced apples.

Fill a mini donut maker with the dough, and cook for about 2 minutes. Or preheat oven to 325 and. fill12 donuts ⅔ of the way full. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through..
For the topping:

Shake Donuts in a mixture of cinnamon, sugar, a little bit of nutmeg, and a splash of ginger
